disease, stroke, and cataracts. Quercitin also contains cancer reducing

Euphrasia officinalis (Eyebright) has been used since the Middle Ages to
reduce eye inflammations. It may be used topically, but is very beneficial
if taken internally to reduce watery, painful and itchy eyes caused by colds
